Pros: Excellent gulf-front view, heated pool, kitchen is well stocked, nice balcony furniture, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in showers.
Cons: Although the whole unit was clean, updates are badly needed in the bathrooms. The yellowing and aging of the tubs and toilet seats/lids make them appear dirty. Kitchen appliances are new, but the countertops and cabinets look original to the unit and need updating. If you are a stickler for things being shiny and new, don’t stay in this unit. Overall, I would stay there again for the pros I mentioned, and as long as everything is clean, the other things wouldn’t keep me from staying here. One other thing; the outlet on the balcony is not working, therefore all the outlets along that interior wall are not working either. Also, this unit is managed by Vacasa and not Sterling Sands. The packet with the pool bands and parking pass was not in our unit when we arrived as it was supposed to be. I called Vacasa and messaged them, and while they were quick to respond with an apology, they did not solve the problem and so we had to wait until Tuesday to get our packet (we arrived on Saturday) and it was the Sterling Sands front desk employee and not someone with Vacasa that put the packet together for us.
